- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received, with all tags intact
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

- Returns must be initiated through your account on www.ormeeluxury.com.
- Log in, go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the instructions to request a return.
- Please provide the required details, including the reason for return.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by us
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
